## Cause

The database refused a change to Nextly's own tables.

Before the app's migrations, `nextly migrate` brings Nextly's own tables up to date. The database refused one of those statements, for the reason the Why line gives.

## Fix

* Fix what the Why line names, such as rows that do not fit a new constraint.
* Run the command again; `--verbose` shows where it failed.
