# NEXTLY_ROUTE_INVALID_PATH

A plugin declares a route whose path does not start with `/`.

## Cause

A plugin declares a route whose path does not start with `/`.

A plugin's route paths are mounted under the plugin's own namespace, so each must be absolute within it and start with `/`.

## Fix

* Start the route's `path` with `/`, for example `/summary` rather than `summary`.

## Example

```text
✗ Plugin "reviews" declares a route path "summary" that does not start with "/".
  Why:  A route's path is mounted under `/plugins/<plugin>`, so it must be absolute within that namespace.
  Next: Start the route's path with "/", as in "/summary".
