# PLUGIN_APPLIED_MIGRATION_REMOVED

A plugin no longer lists a migration the database records as applied.

## Cause

A plugin no longer lists a migration the database records as applied.

A plugin's applied migrations are never removed or renamed: the database holds what they did, and the migrations after them were written for that. The plugin's list no longer has one the ledger records as applied. Nothing was applied.

## Fix

* Restore the migration under its name.
* To take it out, roll it back first with `nextly migrate:down --plugin <name>` while it is still listed.

## Example

```text
✗ Plugin "@acme/seo" no longer lists its migration "20261020_120000_add_redirects", which the database records as applied.
  Why:  A plugin's applied migrations are never removed or renamed: the database holds what they did, and the migrations after them were written for that. Nothing was applied.
  Next: Restore "20261020_120000_add_redirects" under its name. To take it out, roll it back first with `nextly migrate:down --plugin @acme/seo` while it is still listed.
