The plugin named on the command line is not among the plugins the configuration lists.

## Cause

The plugin named on the command line is not among the plugins the configuration lists.

`nextly plugins info` looks a plugin up by its package name or its admin slug among the plugins `nextly.config.ts` lists. Nothing it lists matched the name given.

## Fix

* Run `nextly plugins list` to see the configured plugins, and pass one of the names it shows.
* If the plugin should be there, add it to `plugins` in `nextly.config.ts`.
