## Cause

In production, a configured plugin has not been installed on this database.

In production a configured plugin starts only once `nextly plugins install` has run its `onInstall` and recorded it, whatever the migration mode. Development warns instead.

## Fix

* Run the commands the Next line names, or `nextly plugins install --all`.

## Example
