# PLUGIN_ROUTE_ROOT_UNREACHABLE

A plugin declares a root-mounted route at a path a request never reaches it on.

## Cause

A plugin declares a root-mounted route at a path a request never reaches it on.

A route with `mount: "root"` is answered only after Nextly's own handlers have had the request. Some first path segments, such as `admin-meta` or `plugins`, are claimed by a built-in handler before that, so a root route there could never answer. The Why line names the handler that takes the request.

## Fix

* Leave the route under the plugin's namespace with `mount: "plugin"`, the default.
* Or move the root route to a path whose first segment no built-in handler claims.

## Example

```text
✗ Plugin "reviews" declares a root-mounted route at "/admin-meta/reviews", which cannot answer.
  Why:  The admin metadata endpoints answer from the verb wrappers, and the GET branch claims the whole subtree, so the fallback this route waits for is never reached.
  Next: Leave the route under the plugin's namespace (`mount: "plugin"`), or move it to a path whose first segment no built-in handler claims.
