# PLUGIN_UNINSTALL_KEEP_DATA_MISMATCH

An unfinished uninstall was run again with the other `--keep-data` setting than the one it began with.

## Cause

An unfinished uninstall was run again with the other `--keep-data` setting than the one it began with.

Run again, an unfinished uninstall carries on from where it stopped, but only the way it began. A full uninstall may already have dropped some tables, so it cannot then keep its data; one that kept its data has already run `onUninstall` for an uninstall that leaves the tables. Nothing was changed.

## Fix

* Run `nextly plugins uninstall <name>` again with the `--keep-data` setting the What line names.

## Example

```text
✗ The uninstall of @acme/seo began without --keep-data and did not finish.
  Why:  Run again, an uninstall carries on from where it stopped, and only the way it began: a full one may have dropped tables already, and one that kept its data has run `onUninstall` for tables it leaves. Nothing was changed.
  Next: Run it again without --keep-data to finish it.
