The schema lock was released before `nextly migrate:resolve` changed the migration's record, so nothing was written.

`nextly migrate:resolve` takes the schema lock before it changes a migration's record in the ledger. The lock was released before that work ran, so nothing was recorded.

## Fix

* Run the same `nextly migrate:resolve` command again once no other schema operation is running.
