# RESOLVE_MODE_REQUIRED

`nextly migrate:resolve` was given none, or more than one, of `--applied`, `--rolled-back` and `--failed-cleanup`.

## Cause

`nextly migrate:resolve` was given none, or more than one, of `--applied`, `--rolled-back` and `--failed-cleanup`.

`nextly migrate:resolve` records one thing about one file per run, and each of its three flags names a different thing to record.

## Fix

* Pass exactly one: `--applied <file>`, `--rolled-back <file>` or `--failed-cleanup <file>`.
* `nextly migrate:resolve --help` describes each.
