## Cause

`nextly upgrade` would change the database, and no backup was confirmed, with no terminal attached to ask.

`nextly upgrade` asks for a backup before its first step that changes anything. With no terminal attached, as in CI, it cannot ask, and `--confirm-backed-up` was not passed. Nothing was changed.

## Fix

* Back up the database.
* Run `nextly upgrade --confirm-backed-up`.
