## Cause

The backup prompt of `nextly upgrade` was answered no, so the upgrade did not run.

`nextly upgrade` asks for a backup before its first step that changes anything. At the prompt the answer was no, so no step ran.

## Fix

* Back up the database.
* Run `nextly upgrade` again and answer yes, or pass `--confirm-backed-up`.
