BASELINE_LOCK_RELEASED

Cause

The schema lock was released before nextly migrate:baseline adopted the database, so nothing was written.

nextly migrate:baseline takes the schema lock before it writes the baseline migration and records it as applied. The lock was released before that work ran, so the command stopped rather than report a baseline it never wrote.

Fix

• Run nextly migrate:baseline again once no other schema operation, such as nextly migrate or db:sync, is running.
• If it keeps happening, run nextly migrate:status to check nothing else is changing the schema.
