BLOCK_MANIFEST_UNREADABLE

Cause

The block manifest exists but could not be read.

A manifest that is absent and one that cannot be read are told apart: reading an unreadable file as absent would let a stale manifest stand. The file is there, but reading it failed, for example on its permissions or because the path is a folder.

Fix

• Check that the file the error names can be read by the user running the command.
• Or remove it, and run nextly generate:manifest to write it again.
