PLUGIN_MIGRATION_NOT_SHIPPED

A full uninstall needs the DOWN of an applied migration the configured version of the plugin no longer ships.

Cause

A full uninstall needs the DOWN of an applied migration the configured version of the plugin no longer ships.

A migration's DOWN lives in the version of the plugin that shipped it. The database records a migration as applied that the configured version of the plugin no longer ships, so its DOWN cannot be read. Nothing was changed.

Fix

  • Install the version of the plugin that shipped the migrations the What line names, then run the uninstall again.
  • Or run the uninstall with --keep-data.

Example

✗ "@acme/seo" has applied migrations its configured version no longer ships (20261020_120000_add_redirects), so they cannot be undone.
Why: A migration's DOWN lives in the version of the plugin that shipped it. Nothing was changed.
Next: Configure the version that shipped them and uninstall again, or use --keep-data to leave its tables in place.
