A plugin was installed or uninstalled on a database `nextly migrate` has not run on yet.
Cause
A plugin was installed or uninstalled on a database nextly migrate has not run on yet.
Installing or uninstalling a plugin records what it owns in tables nextly migrate creates. A database where it has never run has none of them.
Fix
Run nextly migrate, then run the plugin command again.
Example
✗ This database has not been migrated yet, so no plugin can be installed or uninstalled on it.
Why: It has none of `nextly_schema_events`, `nextly_schema_owners`, which record what each plugin owns.
Next: Run `nextly migrate`, then run the command again.
