Cause
The backup prompt of nextly upgrade was answered no, so the upgrade did not run.
nextly upgrade asks for a backup before its first step that changes anything. At the prompt the answer was no, so no step ran.
Fix
- Back up the database.
- Run
nextly upgradeagain and answer yes, or pass--confirm-backed-up.
