PRODUCTION_ROLLBACK_UNCONFIRMED

Cause

nextly migrate:down was run with NODE_ENV=production and without --yes.

With NODE_ENV=production, nextly migrate:down asks for --yes before it rolls anything back: a rollback drops what the migrations added and restores no data.

Fix

• Prefer rolling forward with a corrective migration, or restoring from a backup.
• To roll back anyway, re-run with --yes.
