INPUT_REFUSED

Cause

A command refused something it was given or read as not valid, for the reason its message names.

A check refused something the command was given or read, and no other code describes that refusal more closely. The What and Why lines are the check's own words.

Fix

Correct what the message names, then run the command again. Run it with --verbose to see where it was refused.
