DATABASE_UNREACHABLE

Cause

The command could not connect to the database DATABASE_URL names.

The connection failed before the command did anything. The Why line is the database driver's own reason: a refused connection, an unknown host, a failed login or a missing database.

Fix

• Check that the database is running, and reachable from where the command runs.
• Check the host, port, database name, user and password in DATABASE_URL.
• Then run the command again.
