PLUGIN_UNINSTALL_UNFINISHED

Cause

A configured plugin's uninstall began and did not finish, so the app does not start with it.

nextly plugins uninstall records the plugin as uninstalling before it runs onUninstall and the DOWN migrations. That uninstall stopped part way, and a plugin in that state is refused in every environment: its code would otherwise run over whatever tables are left.

Fix

• Finish the uninstall with the command the Next line names, with the same --keep-data setting it began with.
• Or reinstate the plugin with nextly plugins install <name>.

✗ The uninstall of the plugin "@acme/seo" began and did not finish.
  Why:  A plugin removed part way is refused in every environment, so its code never runs over the tables that are left.
  Next: Run "nextly plugins uninstall @acme/seo" to finish it, or "nextly plugins install @acme/seo" to reinstate it.
