CONFIG_LOAD_FAILED

Cause

The configuration file compiled, but threw an error while it ran.

The configuration is ordinary code: the CLI runs it to read the configuration it exports. Here the code compiled, but something in it, or in a file it imports, threw while it ran: reading a property of undefined, a missing environment variable, a function that failed.

Fix

Find the code the Why line names and fix it. Run the command again with --verbose to see the stack, which shows the file and line it was thrown from.
