DATA_LOSS_CONSENT_REQUIRED
The command would delete data, no consent covers it, and no terminal is attached to ask.
Cause
The command would delete data, no consent covers it, and no terminal is attached to ask.
A command that deletes data (a table, a column, or the rows in them) asks first. With no terminal to ask, as in CI or a script, it needs the data-loss consent instead, and without it nothing changes. The Why line lists what would be deleted.
Fix
Give the consent the Next line names: --accept-data-loss with the targets listed, or NEXTLY_ACCEPT_DATA_LOSS in the environment. Or run the command in a terminal, where it lists the deletions and asks.
Example
✗ Deleting data needs consent, and no terminal is attached to ask.
Why: This would delete:
- column dc_posts.summary (42 non-empty values)
Nothing was changed.
Next: To consent: --accept-data-loss=dc_posts.summary (or NEXTLY_ACCEPT_DATA_LOSS=dc_posts.summary).
