Cause
The command was interrupted while it waited to take a schema lock, before it changed anything.
The command was stopped, for example with Ctrl+C, while it waited for another run to release the schema lock. It released its place in the queue and nothing was changed.
Fix
- Run the command again when you are ready.

Why: It was stopped while it waited for the schema lock, so it released its place and nothing was changed.
