Cause

The database refused a change to Nextly's own tables.

Before the app's migrations, nextly migrate brings Nextly's own tables up to date. The database refused one of those statements, for the reason the Why line gives.

Fix

• Fix what the Why line names, such as rows that do not fit a new constraint.
• Run the command again; --verbose shows where it failed.
