CLIError codes

DATABASE_ADAPTER_MISSING

The database adapter package for the dialect `DATABASE_URL` names is not installed.

Cause

The database adapter package for the dialect DATABASE_URL names is not installed.

Nextly reaches each database through its own adapter package: @nextlyhq/adapter-postgres, @nextlyhq/adapter-mysql or @nextlyhq/adapter-sqlite. The command read which database DATABASE_URL names, then could not load that database's adapter.

Fix

Install the adapter for your database in the project, then run the command again:

pnpm add @nextlyhq/adapter-postgres

If you meant a different database, check DATABASE_URL (and DB_DIALECT, if it is set).

Example

✗ The MySQL adapter, `@nextlyhq/adapter-mysql`, is not installed.
Why: `DATABASE_URL` names a MySQL database, and Nextly reaches it through that package.
Next: Install it in the project, for example `pnpm add @nextlyhq/adapter-mysql`, then run the command again.
