PLUGIN_SETUP_FAILED

Cause

A plugin's setup function threw while the configuration was loading.

A plugin can change the configuration as it loads, in its setup function. When that function throws, the configuration cannot be built, so the command stops. The Why line is the plugin's own message.

Fix

• Check the options the plugin is given in nextly.config.ts against its documentation; the message usually names the option.
• If the options are right, update the plugin to its latest release.
• --verbose shows the stack, which points into the plugin's code.
