Cause

The schema lock was released before nextly migrate:resolve changed the migration's record, so nothing was written.

nextly migrate:resolve takes the schema lock before it changes a migration's record in the ledger. The lock was released before that work ran, so nothing was recorded.

Fix

• Run the same nextly migrate:resolve command again once no other schema operation is running.
