PLUGIN_DOCUMENT_SURFACE_COLLISION

Cause

Two plugins override the same document action on one collection.

A plugin may hide a built-in action of a collection's document screen, such as Delete, or replace it with its own dialog, through contributes.admin.views[slug].documentActions. Two plugins declare an override of the same action on the same collection, and one action can be drawn one way.

Fix

• Drop the override from one of the two plugins.
• Or configure only one of the two plugins.
